InstallPro is always looking for qualified subcontractors, experienced and credentialed to provide low-voltage fulfillment of residential satellite systems for Dish Network. Dish Network and InstallPro expect that all subcontractors will possess the following qualifications:
Professionally represent the appropriate Dish Network image in dress, grooming and personal cleanliness standards.
Professionally and appropriately communicate with customers regarding all aspects of service and/or installation.
Maintain a vehicle that presents a positive appearance.
Possess all necessary equipment and tools to perform service and installation and to maintain communication with Dish Network and customers.
Have resources available to accept and complete work in accordance with agreed upon job volume.
Must meet Dish Network performance standards in the following areas:

Daily completion rate
Trouble Call (at various intervals)
Customer satisfaction Survey
Phone line and broadband connectivity requirements
Signal strength and critical accounts created
Quality Assurance inspections
No Problem Found rates

Installations must be completed in accordance with Certified Quality Installation guidelines.
All service work must be completed in accordance with Certified Quality Troubleshooting.
